Mr. Baughman has worked in education for 21 years and is in his 16th year at LeRoy Junior/Senior High School.  He began his career teaching at Camp Point Central Junior/Senior High School, Warrensburg-Latham High School, and Parkside Junior High School in Normal. His experience in administration began as the Associate Principal/Director of Student Services at LeRoy Junior/Senior High School in 2007.  Mr. Baughman earned his Bachelors Degree from Illinois College in 2001, Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Illinois State University in 2006, and Educational Specialist Degree with Superintendency Certification from Eastern Illinois University in 2012.  He lives in LeRoy with his wife Maggie (Associate Principal/Director of Pre-K Education at LeRoy Elementary School), twins Jake and Joslyn who are in 7th grade at LeRoy Junior/Senior High School, and daughter Evelyn who is in 1st Grade at LeRoy Elementary School.
