Eleven Le Roy students attended hands-on CTE workshops hosted by Parkland College on Friday, September 22. Those attending the Auto Technology workshop rotated between stations on engine diagnostics, scan tool usage, the chassis dyno, and more. Students attending the Electrical Power & HVAC workshop constructed/tested general lighting circuits and learned about HVAC fabrication and maintenance. The workshops were a great opportunity for students to experience and ask questions to experts in these fields.

Since 1991, kindergarten students have participated in the Mother Goose parade at
Le Roy Elementary School. This year's kindergarten students had many creative costumes based on their favorite nursery rhyme. They were greeted outside by loud cheers and applause from elementary students, parents, and families. What a fantastic tradition!
