Thank you to Bhaumik at our local Pharmacy in LeRoy for providing District staff the option for flu shots, and for donating all revenue from all shots
given through the LeRoy Pharmacy to the School District's Pam Monahan Memorial Fund. Today, Bhaumik and Mayor Steve Dean presented the District with a check for $1,700 toward the Pam Monahan Fund. We are grateful to have a pharmacy in our community, and particularly one that shares the value of supporting and giving back to our community and families.
The Pam Monahan Memorial Fund was established to honor the memory of a truly compassionate woman who dedicated her life to caring for others. Those who knew Pam remember her kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to helping those in need.
Pam Monahan was a longtime resident of our community, a proud Panther fan, and someone whose big smile and warm hugs could brighten anyone’s day. Her love for children and her deep connection to this community were evident in everything she did. Pam’s son, Chad Monahan, is a proud graduate of Le Roy High School, Class of 1995.
Your donation in her memory helps carry forward that same spirit of care and compassion. The fund provides direct assistance to students in need—supporting vision and dental care, personal health and hygiene supplies, and other essential needs. It has also provided emergency relief for families during a specific hardship, such as a house fire.
Pam’s legacy of love, generosity, and community pride lives on through this fund—and through the thoughtful contributions of people like you.
