Over the last couple of weeks, a boiler system condensate return line broke under the hallway that connects the JH and HS buildings. It appears this was a long-standing construction issue from the original build in 2004. This likely led to a small leak that slowly worsened over the years before it broke completely.
The line was repaired, tested, and returned to service on Saturday with no indication of additional problems. While the bulk of the work was completed on Saturday, concrete and tile replacement work needs to occur over the next couple of weeks. This work will not disrupt regular attendance.
