At the 2026 Scholarship Banquet, LeRoy students were awarded more than $142,250 in scholarships thanks to the incredible generosity of individuals, families, businesses, organizations, and community groups throughout our community.

Your investment in our students is more than financial assistance. It is a vote of confidence in their hard work, potential, and future success. We are proud of our graduates and grateful to be part of a community that believes in their future.

Mother Nature cooperated and we were able to enjoy our annual Senior cookout! Thank you to Mr. Larson, student council, and our incredible team of kitchen staff.

The current and incoming High School Key Club officers recently participated in a team-building outing at a local escape room. They worked together to solve puzzles, think creatively, and communicate effectively. This experience allows the officers to build leadership skills and friendships while having fun outside of regular club meetings.

Extra and co-curricular activities are a major component of our Profile of a Graduate Mission. These experiences are memorable, important, and so valuable to our young adults! Thank you, Mrs. Wohlwend!

Late post because we were busy dancing the night away! Congratulations to Sam Edmundson and Emma Wiechman, your 2026 Prom King & Queen! What a beautiful Saturday it was for LeRoy High School Prom. A special shoutout to Mrs. Marcy for all her hard work organizing such a memorable evening, and to our incredible After Prom parents for making it a safe and fun night for everyone.

If there is a weather emergency during the school day, LeRoy Elementary School will not be used as a storm shelter due to the need to shelter our students. The elementary school will still be an emergency storm shelter outside of regular school hours. Thank you to the Presbyterian Church for working with the city as an alternate location during the school day.

Big things ahead for Molly Scheuer!

We’re excited to celebrate the end of Molly’s career as the Danville Area Community College News-Gazette HS Confidential Reporter! Molly served in this role for two years and it was an incredible opportunity to showcase her talent, voice, and passion for storytelling.

Molly plans to attend Butler University, where she will major in Sports Media and minor in Finance and Journalism which is a perfect combination for a future in the sports broadcasting world. Congratulations, Molly!

Grand March will be held in the Performing Arts Center at 4:00 PM.

Today we celebrated the past, present, and future of the LeRoy High School FFA chapter! 🌱 A special thank you to Paige Sierras for delivering an outstanding keynote address on the power of having a growth mindset. Congratulations to all of our students who earned degrees and received awards this afternoon! Thank you to our 2025–2026 FFA officers for your leadership and dedication, and congratulations to our newly selected 2026–2027 officers. We are excited to see the continued success of the LeRoy FFA chapter. Finally, our sincere appreciation to our local FFA Foundation donors, alumni, and chapter advisors, Mr. Perry & Mr. Larson.
