UPDATE 3:30pm - Everything is resolved and everyone is ok. Thank you LeRoy EMS and Fire, as well as to our students, staff, and parents for their cooperation with dismissal adjustments!
UPDATE 3:00pm - Dismissal was started early to try to help accommodate traffic congestion. Again, all students and staff are safe. Students have been dismissed from school but there is an ongoing medical emergency. Please steer away from LES if possible.
All students and staff are safe, but there is a medical emergency at the elementary school that warrants EMS response. Therefore the school is on soft lock down as of 2:35pm. Any time we have a medical emergency we go into soft lock down for everyone’s safety and privacy. Students and teachers are doing normal activities but everyone is asked to stay in their rooms until the emergency is resolved.

LHS Key Club, led by Mrs. Kim Wohlwend, sold donuts last week to raise money for hurricane relief efforts. The $200 they raised went directly to those affected by the storms. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”

This is a reminder about Parent Teacher Conferences this week and next at LeRoy JH & HS. Please call Mrs. Gaffney in the main office to schedule your appointment.

The Class of 2025 has a beautiful day for their senior trip. Thanks to an extremely generous donation from the After Prom Committee and other fundraising efforts, this group was able to attend Fright Fest at Six Flags in St. Louis at no cost to each student. Thank you, After Prom Committee for contributing to this great memory for our seniors!

We are looking to hire a second school nurse to join our team. Applications will be collected through October 11th.

JH softball defeated Carrollton St. John's with a final score of 9-1 yesterday. They are back at Champions Fields today in the final four. Game starts at 11:30 AM vs. Putnam County.
Good Luck Panthers! We are proud of you!

Hey Panther Nation! Did you know that not all bus drivers are required to drive a morning or afternoon route? While we are in need of daytime drivers, we also need drivers who can support our many extra curricular activities in the evenings and on the weekends, especially during the winter months.
Are you a parent or a LeRoy Panther super fan? Have you ever considered getting your bus driver’s license? You can help transport our teams safely to and from their competitions, enjoy the game, and get paid while doing it!
If you’d like more information on becoming an extra curricular bus driver, please contact Chip Warlow.

Good luck to our JH softball athletes and coaches! The JH softball team will attempt to earn the schools 7th SOFTBALL regional title tonight!
Go Panthers! 🐾🥎
